Summary:
The Controller will manage the accounting and financial functions of the BFG/Green-Tek team.
The primary responsibility of the Controller is to supervise the accounting department, organize financial statements, provide business insight into financial data.
Ensuring accurate and timely financial and tax reporting as required.
Provide analytical support to the organization and make actionable recommendations.
Liaison for all internal and external audits.
Work on special assignments and financial projects as necessary.
CONTROLLER

Establish and enforce the Company's accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all required accounting principles (In compliance with US GAAP).
Align and standardize the accounting activities and controls across Green-Tek's national footprint.
Ensure accurate and timely financial and tax reporting as required.
Serve as the point person/liaison for all internal and external audits for GreenTek.
Will assist Operations with the budget/forecast planning process and track performance to plan.
Provide analytical support to the organization and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
Prepare a monthly management analysis.
Collaborate with Operations to identify new process efficiencies and review costs.
Create and maintain a cultural environment that supports teamwork and encourages employee participation and professional growth.
Assist the BFG Finance Team by working on special assignments and financial projects as necessary.
Supervise accounting personnel.
Required to work onsite four to five days per week.
CONTROLLER Education, Credentials, and
Experience:
7
years' experience post-education as a Site Controller in a manufacturing setting.
Minimum 4-year bachelor's degree.
Possesses a strong work ethic and ability to demonstrate strict ethical behavior.
Demonstrate leadership, analytical, and good written and verbal communication skills.
Operates well under pressure and tight time limits.
Experience using manufacturing and accounting ERP systems.
Strong proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite Passion for growing a business.
